BGrevision forgot that one of the staff members whose wages it was responsible for paying had an IBAN, resulting in wages being 3 weeks late. Interestingly enough, there was no problem with the first payment they made - only with the subsequent months. This means that they could pay to an IBAN fine the first month, and then somehow neglected to make any note or considerations for this in the second. You have to be some kind of special to not make a note that you might need to do *the same exact thing that you did in the first month* for the second month too. Do not put your employees through the absolute nightmare of making 4 weeks pay last 7 weeks. Nobody should be made to go through this. Absolutely embarrassing customer service, almost unreachable by phone, did not respond to voicemails, often had to bombard with multiple emails just to get a response.
